What are your rates?

Rates fluctuate with the market and are influenced by market conditions. We can find you the most competitive rates in the market place, and some plans have a buy down option that will allow you to switch your rate to a the lower rate if the rates go down.

Who repairs the lines if a storm or accident causes loss of service?

The delivery company that currently services your lines and reads your meter will continue to handle these services. Nothing will change for you the customer regarding this.

Will I have to pay a deposit?

Most of the time our customers do not have to pay a deposit. With that said, the energy company you select will run a soft credit check to determine if a deposit is required. We have no control over this, but it does not ding or hurt your credit.

Do you have fixed rate plans or variable rate plans?

All of our rate plans are fixed. Meaning, your rate is locked in for the stipulated time period and will not go up. Most options include 6 month, 12 month, 24 month, or 36 month term plans.

Can I setup autopay?

In most cases, YES. You can setup autopay using your preferred payment method.
